Staffing:

The Human Resources department has implemented a system in order to automate many of the paper driven processes of the employment application process.

Using this system involves completing three main tasks:

• Create and review Postings
• View applicants to Postings
• Notify HR of decisions regarding the status of each applicant

The system is designed to benefit you by facilitating:

• Faster processing of employment applications
• Easy, up-to-date access to information regarding all of the Postings
• More detailed screening of applicants’ qualifications – before they reach the interview stage

The HR department of Taj has provided these training materials to assist understanding of this system.

Credit check – HR need to run a credit check on the top candidates. (Consent forms must be signed by the applicant(s) before a check can be run.)

Protected Health Information – if the person in this position, may have the access to protected health information. This will notify HR if candidate will need HIPAA training.
