5) Data Analysis:
There are total 8 variables we found to analyze such as insomnia, attentiveness, hostility, joviality, fatigue, workplace environment, job satisfaction and competence in the following way:

5.1) Relation between Positive Working Environment and Job Satisfaction:

The work environment includes a number of factors affecting the level of job satisfaction. The key components of work environment, for example, include the company policy, administration, technical supervision, facilities, work condition, security, opportunities, and relationship with peers etc. The environment, which can provide a good balance of all these factors, is said positive working environment. From the DBBL employees’ point of view, a positive working environment can be very useful to bring out the maximum job satisfaction.

However, from our survey we can conclude that the correlation between positive working environment and job satisfaction is strongly positive. It means when positive working environment increase the level of job satisfaction also increase. On the other hand, when the positive environment is less the level of job satisfaction has reduced.

r = 0.724
r2 = .524 or 52.4%
b0= 0.7518
b1= 0.7739
Value of correlation stays between 0 and 1. Our correlation value is 0.724; it is closer to 1, which means there is a strong relation between positive work environment and job satisfaction.

r2 = 0.524 or 52.4%. It tells us that 52.4% of variation in job satisfaction can be explained by positive work environment. If positive work environment changed, then the changed in job satisfaction will be 52.4%.
b0 = 0.7518. This condition means, if there is 0 positive work environment then there will some job satisfaction will remain.
b1 = if positive work environment changed by 1 unit, then job satisfaction will change by 0.7739.
So a high positive environment is causing high job satisfaction.

5.2 Negative Working Environment Vs Job Satisfaction:

The environment, which cannot provide a good balance of all these factors such as company policy, administration, technical supervision, and facilities, work condition, security, opportunities, relationship with peers, is said negative working environment.
Negative working environment can affect badly on job satisfaction.

However, from our survey, we can wrap up that the correlation between negative working environment and job satisfaction is negative. It means when negative working environment increase the level of job satisfaction also decreased. On the other hand, when the negative environment is less the level of job satisfaction has increased.

r = -0.522
r2 = 0.272 or 27.2%
b0= 4.5641
b1= -0.3481
Relation between job satisfactions (josm) and negative work environment (nwe) is negatively related, that is why r= -0.522.
r2 = 0.272 or 27.2%. It means 27.2% of variation in job satisfaction can be explained by negative work environment.
In this situation, if there is a lower negative work environment then job satisfaction is higher. If negative work environment is higher then job satisfaction becomes lower.
b0=4.5641, this result shows that if there is no negative work environment then still in this condition there exist a high level of job satisfaction.

5.3)    Relation Between Positive Insomnia And Job Satisfaction:

Insomnia, which literally translated, means “no sleep”. Although there are multiple classifications of insomnia, such as sleep quality, sleep latency (time of fall asleep) and sleep maintenance (difficulty maintaining sleep). When the symptoms of insomnia are high is called positive insomnia. We surveyed in examining insomnia as our central predictor of job satisfaction during work.
However, from our survey, we can end up that the correlation between positive insomnia and job satisfaction is strongly negative. It means when positive insomnia increase the level of job satisfaction also decrease. On the other hand, when the positive environment is less the level of job satisfaction has increased

In our analysis we found about positive insomnia and job satisfaction -

r = -0.570
r2 = .325 or 32.5%
b0= 5.0524
b1=-0.5970
Our correlation value is -0.570, which means there is a strong negative relation between positive insomnia and job satisfaction.
r2 = .325 or 32.5%. It tells us that 32.5% of variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the positive insomnia.
b0 = 5.0524. This condition means, if there is 0 positive insomnia then there will some job satisfaction will remain.
b1=-0.5970 if positive insomnia changed by 1 unit, then job satisfaction will change by -0.5970.
So a high positive insomnia is causing low job satisfaction and low positive insomnia is causing high job satisfaction.

5.4)    Relation Between Negative Insomnia And Job Satisfaction:
However, from our survey, we can wind up that the correlation between negative insomnia and job satisfaction is positive. It means when negative insomnia increase the level of job satisfaction also increase. When the DBBL employee’s negative insomnia increases, then it moderately influences job satisfaction. But this affect is totally opposite then positive insomnia. If there is no negative insomnia still there is some job satisfaction. Because job satisfaction is affected by many other factors.

r = 0.261
r2 = .068 or 6.8%
b0= 3.2197
b1=0.1894
Our correlation value is 0.261. This value is closer to 0. That means there is a low relationship between negative insomnia and job satisfaction.
r2 = .068 or 6.8%. It tells us that 6.8% of variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the negative insomnia.
 b0= 3.2197. This condition means, if there is 0 negative insomnia then there will some job satisfaction will remain.
b1=0.1894 if negative insomnia changed by 1 unit, then job satisfaction will reduce by 0.1894.
So a high negative insomnia is causing low job satisfaction and low negative insomnia is causing high job satisfaction
