When they are having less sleep, then they are becomes tired, their feelings of happiness and enthusiasm is less. Joviality is affected by positive insomnia. So less positive insomnia is needed for DBBL employees.  If positive insomnia is less then joviality is high. On the other hand when the positive insomnia is high joviality is low.
