We are the BBA students of North South University doing a survey for the partial fulfillment of ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR course that involves the relationship and effects of insomnia, emotions and job satisfaction. It will take only few minutes of your time. Your response would be of great help in accomplishing the study. However, this information is only for academic purpose and will not be disclosed elsewhere. I heartily thank you for your cooperation.

Section One
Workplace environment
1. Employees are not required to report incidents or threats of violence, regardless of injury or severity
2. Employees have not been trained to recognize and handle threatening, aggressive, or violent behavior
3. Employees have not been trained to recognize and control hostile and escalating aggressive behaviors and to manage assault behaviors
4. Management do recognize the employee’s legitimate concerns or feelings and agree that the employee has a valid point and they will work to correct the problem
5. Management provide a safe work place for all employees
6. Management promote high standards of employee health
7. Management always builds rewarding relationships with co-workers
Organizations set realistic deadlines and negotiate them with managers and employees
