Will you please assist me in evaluating Sharon Doe for the post of Office Manager with us? In her application Sharon Doe mentioned that she worked for you as a Merchandiser Supervisor from early 2002 to 2006. Both Sharon Doe and I will appreciate your candid replies to these questions plus any other information you feel we should have.

1. How long she worked for your company? What was her designation?

2. As an Office Manager Sharon Doe must have to know administration. She would be responsible for running the business. How do your explain her ability to get works through others? Do you think she has the necessary knowledge and ability?

3. What is your evaluation of Sharon Doe’s communication skills? Does she communicate well? Our company has a large number of office stuffs.

4. What was her main duty and responsibility in your organization as a Merchandiser Supervisor?

6. Honesty is the best policy. How do you evaluate Sharon Doe’s moral reliability and honesty? Our office manager is highly responsible for much of our company assets-equipments.
