As I have mentioned earlier that if you want to study in private universities then join any of these top most universities (NSU,AIUB,EWU,IUB,Brac) . All other pri. varisites suck big time . Whether it is NUB or Stamford or Atish dipankar. Hey, T Mustafa If you are planning to join NUB soon then just as a friend and well wisher , I will suggest you , please have a second thought of joining that university . If you are already a student of NUB then don't be panic to think that NUB is not good. Think in a positive way . Every semester lot of students are not raising CGPA above 2.00 IUB so are leaving or what i say they are left by IUB. I believe it was not happned to u TOMA. True thing is expecting high CGPA from IUB and NSU is not easy for all student. Though cgpa raising is hard for NSU students but their satisfaction level is so high because they have a good brand image in the market. Other side for no advertisement IUB doesn't have big brand image or brand name as NSU so students r not being satisfied with low CGPA.
Those are serious and confident about thier study and future life they should go NSU or IUB for getting quality education.

my 3 friends admitted at IUB, cause they did not get chance at EWU. now u measure the student quality at IUB. And u said about high CGPA. Listen bro, EWU's CGPA 3.20 or 3.30 is equal to IUB's CGPA 4.00. basically there is a huge quality gap btw EWU n IUB. So there is no way to compare IUB with good universities.

Happy to see this type of website where almost everyone is fighting to hold or reach the top positions among the private vesities. It is wise to compare with private versity to private versity but don't compare with IBA. Somebody says that NSU or IUB is competing with IBA. As a IBA student I can say that each and every student is gold of IBA. Very few students of NSU and IUB are doing well but u can't compare the whole. NSU has a good brand image in the market but my personal point of veiw BBA students of IUB are more better NSU students. In the world debate and some other competitions I met some student's of IUB they are really creative. And from them I knew that they are going to do 'Research Proposal' for their internship report and it is mendatory for all students then I downloaded all the reports from IUB website after see their reports I can say that IUB's business school is really powerfull.

If u compare faculties, Many of our faculties have worked in the best universities in the world and still working. Nobody talks about campus environment. IUB's campuses are in the Baridhara residential area. Their campus area is fantustic. I was really thundard to see their campuses. they've 16 campuses in that area. And iub's new campus construction is almost finished which is in the Bashundhara residential area besides NSU campus.

It's true my dear frnds, IUB is the best pvt university in Bangladesh. The way of providing education is really high quality of IUB. IUB is providing research based eduction. u can download the courses and course content of IUB and NSU, definately u'll find how rich course content of IUB. Nobody knows that IUB has the most expensive and rich library. It's better than NSU. U can confirm it if u really want to know, just visit and get information. IUB faculties are better than NSU. If u don't believe then just visit their website.
I agree that student quality is little bit better of NSU students. Because most of the science background students are getting chance at NSU because in the admission test of NSU math part is really tough for commerce students. On the other hand IUB is getting those commerce students and plus point of IUB, they are getting english medium students because they r weak about math and Baridhara and Baridhara DOSH english medium students r admitting at IUB. So if u think rationaly then student quality is almost same. Think, university is a open are to learn it is so much defferent from school and college. So those r serious about their study they are doing well, believe me or just see ur friends those had 1 or 2 roll at school but they r now behind from u.
but problem is here of IUB, they r not promoting they've quality products. I don't understand why they r not doing in this competitive mkt. May be they r doing niche mkting. IUB is very successfull university. they held the 1st convocation in bangladesh it was before NSU convocation but who knows? IUB students r positioned at the top national and multinational and global companies.

my frnd also study in UIU.
But i study in IUB. Bcoz, our versity location is very nice.

actually private university is private university! but in my opinion BRAC university is the best because of its extra-ordinary qualities. it provides excellent faculties, good environment for studying & others opportunities.
